What is the AAPCL Emerging Leaders Mentorship Program?
The AAPCL Emerging Leaders Mentorship Program is a year-long experiential program that aims to advance the professional and personal growth of Penn Carey Law AAPI alumni who are in their first five (5) years of practice. The program is designed to offer guidance and advice to the participating alumni as they adjust to the evolving demands of legal practice, cultivate professional networks, and broaden connections with the broader AAPI legal community. This mentorship program offers a rare opportunity that allows each fellow to build a deep relationship with an assigned alumni mentor and establish rapport among the cohort class.
The mentorship program includes the following mandatory components:
A year-long commitment to meet with an assigned mentor virtually or in-person each quarter
A suite of workshops that focus on leadership building and career advancement designed by the AAPCL Board
